I hear that TC Sheepy and TC Ajax could be team mates in Lotus Renault next season ....... ;D

Some say that a partnership between TC Wick Nick and TC Gamechanger is being considered by Ferrari

I hear Red Bull might be considering a team of TC Hydro and TC CaptOven for the potential they have shown

Leaving a team of TC Marcharius and TC Meese being considered by McLaren ;D

I'm happy with those teams

Although I'd love to match up with Dan and a change of teams would be cool, I think if Nick and Ryan team up we can kiss 1st & 2nd Place Goodbye along with 1st in the Constructors...

Though saying that, that is how F1 works... The good drivers end up in the good teams at the top... and it'd possibly increase the chances of the Ferrari's driving each other off the track...

It would mean that like 2011 in reality i'd quit watching who came 1st (Vettel) and count 2nd, 3rd & 4th as the Podium instead...

we have been talking about it and if Nick and Ryan were on a team it would be for Team Lotus or some lower down team so that the field was closer and they could still be competative

Would be interesting to see how Nick & Ryan perform next to us

Well it looks like if i want my team mate in 2012 then i will have to buy him the game lol

It'd be cool to change the Teams next Season but I will miss my Ajax, especially now as he's improving more and more

Maybe having Nick & Ryan as Team Mates means less crashing? And if they take slower cars they'd actually be racing us rather than lapping us...

Though in 2012 it might be completely different with a smaller difference between Auto & Manual etc

If we are at Singapore when TC Firestarter returns then we may even manage another 2011 Season before the 2012 Game is released...

The only features they've announced so far:

F1 2012 will introduce a new Young Driver Test mode as one of the headline additions to the series that will take players even closer to the experience of becoming a FORMULA ONE driver. Players will be introduced to the world of FORMULA ONE through a range of tutorials explaining how to handle racing’s most exciting and responsive cars, and challenged to earn a drive from a team for the 2012 FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP.

In F1 2012 players will feel the unparalleled thrill of becoming a FORMULA ONE driver with a host of new features, wide-ranging technical and gameplay advancements and extensive competitive and co-operative multiplayer components.

Would be sad not to be on the same team with Mr P but i really want to race for Lotus renault Next season and so does TC Sheepy so it only makes sense that we might become team mates after all this but who knows i might have to change teams because of driver skill but we will have to see

Well in real F1 they don't balance Teams with paired Driver Skill so it'd be more realistic to have people move to Teams they want to race for and then if let's say 3 people want to drive for Lotus then the 2 Drivers with the highest Championship finish would get the Race seats as it would happen in real life...

If Ben & Sheepy want to pair up - They want Lotus Renault

Nick & Ryan (ouch) - Nick would want Ferrari but we may have to say no

Put Hydro & Steve in better cars together - Red Bull?

Leaving Dan, Firestarter (ish) and Me - Maybe Dan & I Team up and we put Firestarter in a good car by himself so he can compete when he's back from Catterick...

I'm fine with ferrari, and would be fine with Dan or Boris under my wing?
Would make it a bit fairer with Boris, but ryan have a slightly worse car

Well we have 2 clear options:

1) Balance the Teams and Cars based on skill levels to create a competitve environment again (probably tweaked from the current if we run another 2011)

2) Allow Teams to pick themselves but then assign Cars that balance the teams and the field out (Teams of quick drivers = slower cars, slower drivers = quicker cars etc)

I would say that a balance between the two would be best, though i've voted for the latter. Like, if people have preference for teammates then that should have precedence over preference for cars, then balanced with eachother. Like if Ben and Sheepy want to go together, then they might not be able to both have Lotus if it doesn't balance. If Boris wants red bull, then we balance him with a good driver; but only if it balances out.
